American Pleasure
Products, Inc., warrants its Aqua Cycle paddleboats and
swim raft to
be free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of two years from the date of purchase.
American Pleasure Products, Inc. warrants its Aqua Cycle
Motor Drive unit to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of three years from the date of
purchase.
American Pleasure Products obligation is to replace, or
repair, at its option, free of charge, any part proven
to be defective, including the shipping of the part to
and from its Plant in Rose City, Michigan.
American Pleasure Products
shall not be liable for removal or installation of any
defective part.
Parts damaged by misuse will not be warranted.
There is no other warranty
either expressed or implied. |
